After we’ve received your request for an estimate, you will receive a project intake call from your designated Project Manager. Our goal with this conversation is to gather as much detailed project information as possible before your “No-Contact Site Survey.” This information will help us thoroughly assess your property and accurately quote your project.
Step 3: No-Contact Site Survey
Our “No-Contact Site Survey” is a pain-free experience that considers our client’s busy lives. It’s also in compliance with the current social distancing guidelines, and while we love our clients and community – we take your health and safety very seriously!
Prefer an in-person walk-through? No Problem! If you prefer to walk through your project in person, no problem! Just let your project manager know ahead of time!
Step 4: Receive Your Quote
Within a few days of your Site Survey, we will email you the quote for the project you’re considering. Please look at everything and feel free to contact your project manager with any additional questions or concerns.
If the style or price point isn’t exactly where you’d like it to be, let us know, and we can adjust the project until it’s a perfect fit for you!
Step 5: Schedule Your Service
Once the scope of your project is correct, and you would like to move forward with your installation; two things are required before penciling the project in:
Signed quote/contract acceptance, acknowledging the scope of work is correct (you can sign the attached quote electronically or submit a signed paper copy)!
50% deposit (with the remaining balance due upon completion). We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and bitcoin.
Once these requirements are met, you will be added to our project queue. We will be able to provide you with an installation timeline at this time! This will generally be a ballpark timeframe, as weather and unforeseen circumstances with our installations can create minor delays. Your project manager will circle back once we are roughly a week out with an exact date for your installation!
