General Information
Cedar Fence Styles
We offer three traditional wood fencing styles that can be customized to accent your home with a secure perimeter that your neighbors will appreciate as much as you do.
Vertical Privacy Fence
Most common among Denver-area homeowners, vertical privacy fences prevent unauthorized entry into the home and ensures that no one peeks inside your windows at night. The fence boards are arranged vertically and align at the top or bottom of the fence or inside of a frame.
Horizontal Privacy Fence
A horizontal privacy fence is similar to a vertical privacy fence in that it's designed to protect your privacy and secure your property, but the boards are arranged horizontally instead of vertically. This style adds a stylish modern touch to your fence that your neighbors will appreciate.
Ranch Rail Fence
The most affordable of our three cedar wood fence styles, the ranch rail fence is often used as an aesthetic enhancement or to keep horses/livestock within their perimeter. The ranch rail fence is usually 2.5’ - 3.0’ in height and features various numbers of horizontal rail boards.

An untreated fence lasts 15- 30 years. A treated cedar wood fence can last as long as 40-years. Cedar consistently outranks the lifetime of all fence materials.
Cedar wood fence installation costs vary from one project to the next. Rest assured Denco offers competitive rates on every fence installation or repair service.
Treating cedar wood fencing with a waterproof sealer protects the color, prevents splintering, cracking and warping, and promotes longevity. Treat your wood fence every three-five years.
